myopx — Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Who we are

myopx is the free single-person edition of OpXOS, provided by OpX Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15201870), registered office Sbarc/Spark, Maindy Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF24 4HQ.

"We", "us" and "our" mean OpX Software Limited. "You" means the person using myopx.

Acceptance

By creating a myopx account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use myopx. You will be asked to confirm your agreement when you first sign in, and again if we make a significant change.

Who can use myopx

myopx is for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account if you are under 18, and we will close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The name you give us appears to colleagues you invite and, in the community, alongside your sector. Your organisation is not shown on public posts.

What the free plan includes

myopx is free. It includes one person plus up to five frontline colleagues you invite, three task boards, three canvases, ten active projects, storage as stated in the app, and the learning modules marked as included. Other learning content is marked as available on a paid plan and is not part of myopx.

Nothing is ever charged inside myopx. There is no price, no purchase and no checkout in the app on any platform. Paid OpX plans exist, and are bought and managed on the web at opx.io — never in the app.

We may change what the free plan includes. If a change reduces what you already have, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Colleagues you invite

A colleague you invite can see and work on what you share with them. You are responsible for who you invite and for what you choose to share. Invitations are personal to the address they are sent to.

The community

The myopx community is a single open pool shared by everyone using myopx. Anything you post there — text, images, a canvas you attach — can be seen by every other myopx user, and by us. Don't post anything you would not want read by strangers, and don't post confidential information belonging to your employer or anyone else.

We may hide, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts, where we consider it necessary — including for anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or in breach of these terms. We don't undertake to review everything posted.

Your content

Your tasks, ideas, canvases, projects and learning progress remain yours. You give us the permission we need to host, store, back up and display that content in order to run the service for you, and, for anything you post publicly to the community, to show it to other myopx users.

We do not sell your content or your personal data, and we do not use your private content to train AI models.

AI-assisted readings

Some features — the advisory reading of a project update, for example — are generated automatically. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and they can be wrong. They are private to the person whose project it is. Deciding what to do is always yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use myopx to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, send spam, probe or disrupt the service, get around the free plan's limits, or resell access. Don't upload malware, and don't scrape or bulk-extract other people's content.

Availability

myopx is early access. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of faults, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. We'll give reasonable notice of anything significant where we can.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion removes your personal data and private content, and anonymises or removes your community contributions, as described in the Privacy Policy. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are using myopx as a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: myopx is provided as-is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data; and our total liability to you, for all claims taken together, is limited to £100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Continuing to use myopx after that means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
